  A business coach can be amazing support in helping you reach your goals, which Nell definitely is for me. For this support to be enjoyable and fun, you need to find the right person, which Nell is for me also (and so many others who come to our Growth and Profit clubs).
  
  What Nell is able to do is listen and provide clear options; indeed she coaches very effectively - she has a wealth of experience, knowledge and has worked with a plethora of industries; more than this she holds me accountable in such a firm but friendly way - I WANT to do what I know I should be doing.
  
  The benefit I find of working with this funny, positive and lively lady is motivation and empowerment. I always feel energised and encouraged to go and do things with confidence.
  
  I started working with Nell a little bit overwhelmed, wanting my business to grow.
